Tickets are now on sale for the February 19th crab feed at the new Citrus Heights Community Center. Once again, Peggy Hall leads a great committee who is planning another extraordinary event. If you think last year was fun, wait until you see what the committee has in store for you this year. You can reserve your table for 8 people or buy as many or as few tickets as you need. Please use the attached flyer. Once payment is received, the tickets will be mailed to you.

OR – you can give your completed ticket flyer with payment to any SAHU board member or crab feed committee member and they will provide your tickets to you. Payment must be received before tickets can be given. The board list is attached. The committee members include:

Beginning with licenses that will expire on December 31, 2009, the California Department of Insurance (CDI) will no longer mail renewal notices to individuals and business entities licensed through CDI’s Producer Licensing Bureau. Instead, CDI will email licensees a renewal notification to their email address on record. The email notification will include the license number, license term, license type, and information regarding their continuing education requirements.

CAHU/SAHU has an “Adopt a Legislator” program whereby members can elect to befriend a Senator or assembly member that represents their District. Times like this make it more important than ever to let your representatives know about the business you are in and the affects pending legislation would have on your clients. Many of you have already volunteered for this program and others will want to volunteer. We need you to follow the link below and "adopt" your senator or assembly person. The registration process takes approximately 5 minutes and you can find all of the legislator information you need online.
